New Life For Frames

As the designated genealogist in the family, I have been trusted with numerous family heirlooms and artifacts. Among the most precious items are one-of-a-kind, original photographs of family members over numerous generations. Many of the items I have received had previously been stored poorly and show some damage due to water, light, and rodents.

In many cases the photographs had been kept in old wooden frames without a glass covering, or poorly framed photographs, which have compromised the pictures themselves. I have taken a number of photographs out of these frames and preserved the pictures correctly. This has left me with a number of empty historic and beautiful frames.

I’d like to share a few ways such frames can be used other than housing pictures.
